Horsewell Lane Housing Development Update (Exempt) Exempt Report of the Head of Built Environment and the Exi Project Manager Minutes: The Sub-Committee gave consideration to the report (as set out at pages 9 – 11 of the private agenda update pack), which related to the housing development proposed for Horsewell Lane.
Councillors requested further information be provided prior to making any decision.
It was moved by Councillor L A Bentley, seconded by Councillor C J R Martin, and

Former Oadby Pool Site Update (Exempt) Exempt Report of the Head of Built Environment and the Exi Project Manager Minutes: The Sub-Committee gave consideration to the exempt report and appendices (as set out at pages 12 – 26 of the private agenda update pack), which related to the sale of the former Oadby pool site.
An amendment was proposed, including a new proposal made by the Head of Law & Democracy.
It was moved by the Chair, seconded by Councillor L A Bentley, and
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT:
i) Recommendation A be approved; and ii) Recommendation B (as amended) be approved. |
