1.	Hackney Carriage / Private Hire Vehicle (Taxi) Training The Licensing Officer, Mr James Mortell, and the Licensing Enforcement Officer, Mrs Tracey Aldwinckle, shall jointly-deliver an interactive presentation to Members.
2.	Environmental Health (Regulatory Information) Training The Enviromental Health Team Leader, Ms Paulette Samuels, and the Environmental Health Officer, Mr Tony Cawthorne, shall jointly-deliver a presentation to Members.
3.	General Licensing & Environmental Health Q&A's Officers from the Enviromental Health and Licensing Teams shall be in attendance to field and answer Members’ general questions.
