No. 26 Lynmouth Drive, Wigston – Application reference 25/00091/FUL Report of the Senior Development Control Officer Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee gave consideration to the report and appendix (as set out at pages 5 – 22 of the agenda reports pack), which sought planning permission for a two storey side and single storey front and rear extensions plus a new brick wall.
Shelly Singh spoke upon the application on behalf of the applicant.
Andrew Dunmore spoke upon the application as the objector.
Councillor G A Boulter moved that the application be rejected on the grounds that the application was not in keeping with the street scene and was out of character, but the motion was not seconded.

The application be PERMITTED planning permission in accordance with the submitted documents and plans subject to the prescribed conditions and informatives (if any).
