There will be a briefing for Members on the now agreed position on the S106 Agreement for the Oadby Grange planning application (reference 22/00448/OUT), that was approved (subject to signing of the S106 Agreement) by Development Control Committee on 28^th November 2024.

The Member Briefing will begin at 6.30pm and take place in person in the Civic Suite before Development Control Committee on 28^th August.

To receive apologies for absence from Members to determine the quorum of the meeting in accordance with Rule 7 of Part 4 of the Constitution.

To appoint substitute Members in accordance with Rule 26 of Part 4 of the Constitution and the Substitution Procedure Rules.
