Apologies for Absence

To receive apologies for absence from Members to determine the quorum of the meeting in accordance with Rule 7 of Part 4 of the Constitution.

Minutes:

The Committee gave consideration of the report (as set out on pages 7 – 19 of the agenda reports pack), which asked it to determine a reserved matters application for the erection of 100 Residential Dwellings, Associated Car Parking, Secondary Roads, Two Sport Pitches, A LEAP and 1 Substation including details of Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale.

 

Mr Max Whitehead addressed the Committee in support of the application as the applicant.

 

It was moved by the Chair and seconded by Ms C D Kozlowski and

 

RESOLVED THAT:

 

The application be GRANTED planning permission in accordance with the submitted documents and plans subject to the prescribed conditions and informatives.
