Application No. 22/00080/REM - Land At Cottage Farm, Glen Road, Oadby, Leicestershire Report of the Senior Development Control Officer Minutes: The Committee gave consideration of the report (as set out on pages 7 – 19 of the agenda reports pack), which asked it to determine a reserved matters application for the erection of 100 Residential Dwellings, Associated Car Parking, Secondary Roads, Two Sport Pitches, A LEAP and 1 Substation including details of Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale.
Mr Max Whitehead addressed the Committee in support of the application as the applicant.
