Application No. 21/00485/FUL - Land South, Newton Lane, Wigston, Leicestershire Report of the Interim Planning Officer Minutes: The Committee gave consideration of the report (as set out on pages 8 – 23 of the agenda reports pack), which asked it to determine an application for the relocation of a pumping station and the provision of an additional 38 dwellings.
Ms Helen Bareford addressed the Committee in support of the application on behalf of the applicant.
The Head of Law and Democracy assured the Chair that there will be no direct traffic access from this application onto Cooks Lane.
