1.	Calling to Order of the Meeting The meeting of the Council will be called to order to receive Her Worship The Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
2.	Apologies for Absence To receive apologies for absence from Members to determine the quorum of the meeting in accordance with Rule 7 of Part 4 of the Constitution.
3.	Declarations of Interest Members are reminded that any declaration of interest should be made having regard to the Members’ Code of Conduct. In particular, Members must make clear the nature of the interest and whether it is 'pecuniary' or ‘non-pecuniary'.
4.	Mayor's Announcements To receive any announcements from the Mayor in accordance with Rule 2 of Part 4 of the Constitution.
5.	Address by Her Worship The Mayor An address by Her Worship Councillor Rosemarie H Adams.
6.	Appreciations To receive any appreciations for the outgoing Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
7.	Election of the Mayor (2024/25) To elect the Mayor of the Council for the ensuing municipal year 2024/25 in accordance with Article 2.9.1 of Part 2 and Rule 1.1.2 of Part 4 of the Constitution.
8.	Election of the Deputy Mayor (2024/25) To elect the Deputy Mayor of the Council for the ensuing municipal year 2024/25 in accordance with Article 2.9.1 of Part 2 and Rule 1.1.3 of Part 4 of the Constitution.
