The Council gave consideration to the report and appendix (at pages 1 -19 of the supplementary agenda update) as jointly-delivered by the Interim Chief Finance Officer (Section 151 Officer) et al which should be read together with these minutes as a composite document.

 

Members had an in camera discussion regarding contents of the report and appendix.
