Apologies for Absence

The Committee gave consideration to the report (as set out at pages 4 - 17 of the agenda reports pack) and the addendum (as set out at pages 1 - 5 of the agenda reports update pack) which asked it to determine a planning application for the change of use from industrial (Use Class B2) to a private health and fitness studio (Use Class D2).
